Mount Vernon, NY (AP) -- Police say that a school bus driver in suburban New York finished his route but had one last stop to make to sell drugs.
Police say they arrested the 51-year-old Mount Vernon school bus driver after he was seen making a drug sale.
They say the man is charged with possession of a controlled substance and attempted sale of a controlled substance. Police say he had five chunks of cocaine and $148 in his sock when he was arrested on Tuesday. The buyer was also arrested, though he has not been identified.
The bus driver is being held without bail.
Mount Vernon is about 20 miles north of New York City.
