On Thursday, Chail Elul, Hundreds of Shluchim from around the world are expected to take part in a special High Holiday, Sukkos, Simchas Torah Seminar and Roundtable Discussion. The seminar that is being held @ Chabad of Encino, California will be broadcast live over the internet and conference call.
The program is scheduled to get underway at 1:00pm Pacific Daylight Time with a Welcome and Opening Remarks being delivered by the host, Rabbi Yehoshua Binyomin Gordon, Director, Chabad of the Valley, CA.
