Assemblyman Dov Hikind (D-Brooklyn) will be joined by elected officials and community leaders to pay tribute with a presentation to Jack Zelmanowitz, brother of Abraham Zelmanowitz HYD - a true 9/11 hero. “It was only seven years ago that we lost Abe Zelmanowitz in one of the worst attacks in the history of our nation,” Hikind said. “He was an Orthodox Jew, a member of our community, and a loving brother and uncle.
The memorial ceremony will take place at the studio of artist Jodi Reznik, 1305 East 17th Street (L-M) on Thursday, September 11th at 4:00PM.
