Tuesday afternoon, police charged the Rabbi on additional counts for allegedly having inappropriate contact with a second 13-year-old. Police spokesman Det. James Miller said the boy was identified as another alleged victim during the initial investigation of a referral from the New York State Child Protection Agency.
Today's charges are said to stem from an incident that occurred in June.
The Rabbi was reportedly removed from the school several weeks ago.
