Jerusalem, Israel - Rabbonim Of Klausenberg Ban Late Night Sukkah Construction

The Rabbonim of the Klausenberger Kehilla in Israel have issued a Kol Koreh barring members of the community from working on their Sukkahs after 10:00 p.m.

Signs posted around the Kiryas Sanz neighborhood ask residents to refrain from putting up and taking down their Sukkahs in the evening hours. "This impedes the sleep of the elderly, the sick, and children," the Kol Koreh explains, "and Gezel Sheinah cannot be repaid."
