Hachnosas Sefer Torah in Yerushalayim Donated by Dr. Abish Mandel

Today, a Mesibas Hachnosas Sefer Torah will be held at Bais Medrash Ksav Sofer of Kolel Shomrei Hachomos Reb Meir Baal Haness located in Botei Ungarin in Yerushalayim. The Sefer Torah is being donated by the noted philanthropists, Dr. and Mrs. Abish Mandel. The event will be graced by numerous rabbonim and members of the Badatz of the Eidah Hachariedis, including the Gaon Av Bais Din of the Eidah, Harav Yitzchok Tuvia Weiss shlit”a.
