Crown Heights, NY - Perv Exposes Himself to Jewish Woman

Erev Shabbos a security member on duty was alerted to a Black man who exposed himself to a Jewish woman on East New York Avenue near the Shuk, the member called for backup and police assistance in locating the pervert. Security members and Police searched the area, but the perp was not found. The sicko was described as a Black male in his mid 20’s, tall slim build and was wearing a jacket with a large jersey style number on his back.
