Chabad Rabbi Arrested For Abusing 13-Year-Old

Police are saying that that a 28 year-old Chabad Rabbi from upstate New York has been charged with having innapropiate contact with a 13 year-old boy. The Public Safety Officer of the city, James Miller said, "The victim along with some of the other classmates were talking about what happened. Somebody who overheard that anonymously called into the New York State tipline."
