Today, at Chabad of Encino, California there took place a High Holiday, Sukkos and Simchas Torah seminar - with over 750 Chabad Shluchim participating via live broadcast online.The event began at 1:00 pm with opening words by the director of Chabad of the Valley, Rabbi Joshua B. Gordon and culminated with a farbrengen by Rabbi Yosef Shusterman, Shliach to Beverly Hills and Chaver Vaad Rabonei Lubavitch, at close to 12:00 midnight.
