St. Paul, MN - Guliani Bashes Obama's Inconsistencies On Israel

Former Republican presidential hopeful Rudy Giuliani on Wednesday lashed out at Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama, saying Obama's positions were inconsistent, including his views on Israel.

"When speaking to a pro-Israel group, Obama favored an undivided Yerushalayim, until the very next day - when he changed his mind," Giuliani said in his speech at the Republican National Convention in St. Paul, Minnesota. The former New York mayor then compared Obama's ambivalence toward Israel to his stance on Georgia, saying Obama favored "showing restraint" to taking action.

Voicing his support of Republican presidential hopeful John McCain, Giuliani stressed McCain's military experience and his voting in favor of the surge in Iraq, even when the surge was "unpopular."
