Lakewood Girls High Schools to Finally Open

We are pleased to report that the Lakewood girls high schools will finally be opening.

After a one week delay, all girls have been placed into various High Schools in Lakewood, and the Rabbonim have given them the green-light to reopen.

A special thanks must be extended to the many special individuals, including roshei yeshiva, rabbonim, school owners and principals, as well as devoted askanim, who dedicated their time and energy on behalf of every student in need, working to ensure that all children are placed in schools and have the opportunity to grow as bnos Yisroel during this school year. While it is hoped that such a delay will not take place again in the future, the work, day and night, of a number of individuals, took place largely behind the scenes, with little fanfare and recognition, yet, often, with significant flack and criticism.
