Tonight, a gathering to benefit Keren Hashviis will be held in Williamsburg. The event, to be graced by rabbonim and dayanim in Williamsburg, led by Rav Aharon Teitelbaum of Satmar. The gathering will be held at 8:00 p.m. at the main Satmar Bais Medrash on Hooper Street.
In unrelated news, today, a new Sefer Torah was brought into the recently completed Satmar Cheder building in Williamsburg. The Sefer Torah was donated by Rav Mechel Greenfeld l'illui nishmas his wife a"h, and the ceremony was attended by Rav Aharon Teitelbaum of Satmar.
