IRKUTSK, Russia - Chief Rabbi of Irkutsk Meets with New Governor

IRKUTSK, Russia – This week in eastern Siberia, Chief Rabbi of Irkutsk Aaron Wagner held a meeting with the region’s Governor, Igor Yesipovskiy. This was a good opportunity for the leaders to have a face to face discussion, especially since it was only recently that the Head of Administration assumed his new post. The gathering also involved the Mufti of the Baikal Region, Farit Mingaleyev.
