Flights to Uman from Israel May be Delayed or Canceled

Due to new regulations by Ukrainian officials, there may be problems for many of the 15,000 Israelis wishing to spend Rosh Hashanah at Rav Nachman’s Kever in Uman. The difficulties officials explained on Tuesday night will impact Sandor, Arkia and Israir flights, and may result in many being left behind, unable to travel to the Rebbe’s Kever. YWN
