Rochester, NY -- The Kerhonkson Synagogue, an egalitarian Conservative congregation located at 26 Minnewaska Trail, was vandalized in a possible hate crime this weekend. Hateful messages, swastikas, and 666 were spray painted onto the walls of the building.
Ulster County Sheriffs are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating the person responsible for the vandalism. Anyone with information about the crime is asked to call Detective Montgomery at (845) 338-3640.
