Authorities searching for man seen in video

Detectives are looking for a man linked to hateful graffiti who was captured by a surveillance video camera in Camarillo earlier this month, authorities said Thursday.
Swastikas and other hate-related writings were painted on nine Camarillo properties, including residences and Gan Camarillo Preschool, a Jewish school affiliated with Chabad of Camarillo, the night of Aug. 15, Ventura County Sheriff's Department officials said.
Detectives said a man was captured on surveillance video that night and are calling him a person of interest. They would like to speak to him if he has any information regarding the vandalism.
Anyone with information about the man's identity or whereabouts is asked to call Detective Seery at 383-4800.
